How will this course help me get into the Oil & Gas Industry?
It is a potential gateway to the oil and gas energy sector. When you finish the course and take the exam you will get a certificate indicating that you have successfully completed the course. You can add this certificate to the education/training section of your résumé. A potential energy employer will know that you have learned the basic fundamentals and are ready to go to work.

Registration
Which course should I take?
If you are new to the industry, our recommendation is to start with the Land Technician Training Course. This is the most basic course for people looking for entry level jobs in the oil and gas industry.
How do I enroll and register?
Select the course you want to take, visit the registration page, fill out the form and you will get a confirmation email.
Online
How much does a class cost?
Costs varies depending on the format you choose. You can refer to e-learning, in-person, or on-demand to check each course.
Does my link to enter the class expire?
Yes. Once you have passed the final exam and your certificate is issued your link will expire, or after 6 months without using. Remember you will have 3 opportunities to pass the exam. If you do not pass after 3 attempts you will need to register to take the course again.
How much time will I spend in the classroom?
In-person training courses are 2 days (approximately 8 hours each day).
E-Learning courses are structured to take at your own pace.
Payments
When do I have to pay?
Once you have determined which course and select the format you want to work in, you can select the course, fill out the registration form, and pay.
What are acceptable payment methods?
We accept all major debit and credit cards during the checkout process. Example Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can I do several payments?
We currently don't offer installments in our payment option.
Credits
How will I pass the class?
At the end of each course you will have a final exam, you will need to score at least 75% to be approved and issued a certificate.
Technical
What do I do if I need technical assistance?
If you are having technical problems, your first contact should be the IT Service Desk. In most cases they will be able to resolve your questions. The IT Service Desk will also be able to direct you to the right resource if you need additional support.
How do I get access to the class materials?
Once you are registered for an online course you will get an email that gives you direction on how to access the portal.
In-Person courses each student get a handbook to keep.
What do I do if I have questions?
You can submit them in the Student Portal and an instructor will get back to you.
